    Is that a Piaggio cylinder? It has that weird transfers on the exhaust side of the cylinder.

    yeah, pretty sure that's actually part of the liquid cooling circuit. I believe the cylinder is for a Aprilia SR50 (carbureted version)

    Just picked up a case that that cylinder belongs on. Yeah, that is a water pasage, kinda weird. But the SR 50's do use the piaggio motor.
